摘　　要：文章在探讨马克思主义的以人为本的科学发展观含义的基础上,结合我国图书馆现代化建设中存在的问题,分析了图书馆的发展策略,具体阐述了马克思主义的以人为本的科学发展观是科学发展图书馆的指导思想,改革与创新发展才是推动图书馆现代化建设的真正动力。Based on the principles and policies of developing advanced culture, analyzing present problems in library modernization, this article denotes that human-oriented Marxist scientific development view is the fundamental means and guarantee to develop library and that reform and innovation are the genuine initiatives to promote library modernization.
