摘　　要：数字化图书馆是20世纪90年代的产物。它独有的特征是普通图书馆所无法比拟的。在数字图书馆建设中所出现的知识管理、用户管理、网络信息资源管理、知识产权管理、战略及标准化管理等问题值得我们研究与思考。Digital library is the outcome of 1990s which is of special and incomparable characteristics to traditional library. It is worthy an in-depth study on knowledge management, user management, online information management, knowledge property management, and strategy, ＆ standardization management that emerget during digital library construction.
