摘　　要：正当竞争情报收集,有利于企业开展经营活动,在竞争中取得优势。相反,不正当收集会损害权利人的合法权益,造成经济秩序混乱。论述了我国如何保护企业通过合法手段取得竞争情报。Collecting information legally is of advantage for enterprises to expand their business and beat their competitors. On the contrary, illegally collection will not only ruin the right of owners, but also do harm to economic system. It is proposed that our enterprises must collect competitive intelligence in a legal way.
