摘  要:溶气浮选技术是一种新型的水处理技术,处理工业废水具有处理量大、效果好、占地少、运行稳定、管理方便等优点。其工作原理是设法在工业废水中通入或产生大量的微细气泡,使其附着在杂质颗粒上,造成密度小于水的状态,利用浮力原理使其浮出水面,从而达到净化工业废水的目的。2006年在河南油田下二门联合站应用后效果显著,污水含油由1000+300mg/L降低到30mg/L以下,悬浮物含量由200~380mg/L降到3~8mg/L,且污水清彻透明,达到注水指标(含油≤100mg/L,悬浮物3~8mg/L),具有广泛的工业应用前景。Dissolved air flotation technique is a kind of new water treatment technique, it has many advantages in handling industrial effluent, such as great water treatment capacity, good effect, stable function and convenience management etc. Its work principle is to try to pass over or produce much of minuteness bladder in industrial effluent to adhere on the contaminant grain, result in the appearance that is smaller than the water in specific weight. Using buoyancy principle attain the purpose of purifying industrial industrial effluent. Application result of dissolved air flotation technique is very good in Henan oilfield. Its content of floating is lowered to 3~8 mg/L from 200~300 mg/L and sewage is transparent, the request of sewage reinjection is attained, its foreground in industry is very extensive .
