摘  要:安棚深层系为低孔低渗透裂缝性储层,埋藏深,产量低,机械钻速低,钻井成本高。针对安棚油田的地层特点,采用无固相及低固相钻井液结合大排量紊流冲刷等工程技术措施,大幅度地提高了机械钻速,较好地解决了渗透性砂岩段厚滤饼缩径阻卡;优选出了屏蔽暂堵钻井完井液配方,解决了多压力系统免下技术套管,实现全裸[钻井;屏蔽型暂堵钻井液对低孔低渗裂缝性油气藏有很好的保护作用。该技术在现场应用38口井,总进尺119738m,平均井深3151m,钻井周期由原来平均86.4d降至42.9d,平均机械钻速为6.45m/h,比以前提高了75.2%;钻井液成本比以前下降了23.7%,电测一次成功率达92.1%,复杂时效仅占1.02%,万米卡钻率0.16次。Anpeng oilfield is belong to fractured reservoir with low porosity and low permeability, deep buried depth, low output, low penetration rate, and high drilling cost, etc. Based on the geologic characteristics of Anpeng oilfield, through using solid free drilling fluid or low solid drilling fluid combined with turbulent washing technique with high pump discharge, the penetration rate is increased by a big margin, and solve the pipe sticking caused by hole diameter reduction of thick mud cake in permeable sandstone. At the same time, the prescriptions of shielding temporary plugging fluid were optimized to protect this kind of pay zone, and solve the drilling problems of whole open hole (no intermediate casing) under multi-pressure system. The field application of this technology has shown its advantage and effort, and provides experience for further applying this technology.
