木工平刨床振动特征的试验研究

摘　　要：对一台M B 503A型木工平刨床进行振动测试和故障诊断工作,采用选点振动量级的动态测量方法对其刀轴部件、滚动轴承和底座系统进行了振动试验,得出相关的幅频、时域值和图谱。结合旋转机械的振动机理、特征和实际经验,判断出平刨床的刀轴部件存在不平衡和不对中故障、滚动轴承的内圈和滚球出现点蚀现象以及底座松动等振动故障。提出了主要的减振整改建议,为采用动态法提高木工机械的状态监测与故障监测水平提供了依据。To measure the vibrations and diagnose the faults of a woodworker flat planer whose type is MB503A ,the dynamic measurement is adopted,which choose dot to vibrate quantum level to process the vibration testing for its reamer axis parts,rolling bearing and foundation system.The correlative breadth requency,the value of time field and graph are obtained.Combining the vibration principle,the character and practice experiences of the rotating machine,the faults of imbalance and misalignment existing in the reamer parts,the dot corrode in the inside track of the rolling bearing and grounder,and the vibration fault of foundation relaxation are detected.Some primary advice of reducing vibration are advanced,which offer a basis for improving the level of fault diagnosis in the woodworker by using the dynamic measurement method.
