Effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Endothelium-1 (ET-1) and Nitric Oxide (NO) in Patients with Tuberculosis

摘  要:[目的]观察丹参对肺结核患者血中内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。[方法]肺结核患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组予常规抗结核加用丹参治疗,对照组仅为常规抗结核治疗。治疗前、后分别检测其血浆ET-1和血清NO水平。同时于治疗前后行痰抗酸杆菌检测以观察痰菌转阴的疗效。[结果]治疗后两组血中ET-1和NO水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但治疗组下降程度更显著(P<0.05),治疗组的痰菌转阴率亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹参能降低肺结核患者血中ET-1和NO水平,提高抗结核治疗的痰菌转阴率,从而提高抗结核疗效。[Objective]To observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on alteration of ET-1 and NO in patients with tuberculosis. [Methods]60 patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into the treatment group assigned to conventional treatment in combination with salvia miltiorrhiza, and the control group assigned to salvia mihiorrhiza. Measuring the level of ET-1 and NO, and detecting the number of acid-fast badHus (AFB) in sputum specimen were carried out" at the beginning and end of treatment oourse. [Resuits]The level of ET-1 and NO showed a decrease in both groups (P〈0.05), but in the treatment group the decrease was more significant (P〈0.05). Reduction of AFB in sputum specimen in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group (P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] It is suggested that Salvia miltiorrhiza could be considered as an adjuvant in treatment for tuberculosis.
