摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等,阐述竞技状态的内涵及篮球运动最佳竞技状态的基本特征,探讨篮球运动队形成最佳竞技状态在球队组建及训练等方面应考虑的问题,为篮球运动队形成最佳竞技状态提供参考依据.The thesis illustrates the connotation of the form of sports and the essential features of the o,ptimum form of basketball sports with the use of documentary, interview and so on, which aims to explore the questions about the ,setting-up and training of a basketball team, and thus provides a consultative basis for the formation of the optimum form of sports in a basketball team.
