摘 要:在自乳化阴离子型聚氨酯中进行丙烯酸酯乳液聚合,改变聚氨酯中亲水单体二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)用量得到系列复合乳液,分析了复合乳液的红外光谱及粒子形态,测试了乳液流变性、平均粒径及涂膜性能。实验表明聚氨酯预聚物中DMPA的质量分数增加,复合乳液粘度减小、储存模量增加,损耗模量在高剪切下增加;乳液粒子平均粒径减小;乳液涂膜的力学性能、热稳定性也随DMPA用量增加而增加。Emulsion polymerization of acrylate was in self-emulsified polyurethan and series of polyurethane/acrylate composite emulsion were synthesed by use of different quantities of Dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) in polyurethane prepolymer. IR, TEM were used to analyse polymer structure and morphogy, emulsion rheology, particle size and film properties were also measured. With the increase of DMPA concentration emulsion viscosity decreased, storage modulus increased, loss modulus increased in higher shear rate and particle size decreased. Film mechanical properties and heat stability were also increased with the increase of DMPA concentration.
