摘　　要：在都市地区中心城的扩张中,郊区农村往往充当着供给城市发展用地的角色。因此,都市地区的新农村建设是与村镇布局调整密切相关的复合过程,村镇空间变动是影响社区经济组织变迁的因素之一。各类地区的农村社区在布局调整中面临着不同前景。农民群众正在不断地创造出各具适应性的多种组织形式,这种实践需要有关社区经济组织政策、理论、法律等多层面的支持。The suburbs play the role of providing development land for cities＇extension. The new rural construction in metropolis areas combine with the adjustment of village layout, and the space change in village is one of the factors affecting the change of community economic organization. The rural communities in different regions face different foreground in the layout adjustment. The farmers are creating various organized forms that have adaptability constantly, and the practices demand support of relevant policies, theories and laws of community economic organization.
