摘 要:通过研究邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)对EMCC竹浆卡伯值和黏度的影响,探讨了蒽醌磺酸钠在EMCC竹浆氧脱木素过程中的作用。研究表明,O2.-有助于脱除EMCC竹浆中的木素,而黏度降低很少;蒽醌磺酸钠能促进邻苯三酚自氧化体系中O2.-的产生和邻苯三酚与EMCC竹浆的反应,提高EMCC竹浆氧脱木素过程的木素脱除率及脱木素选择性。Several oxygen-containing species are present during oxygen delignification, including hydroxyl radical (HO·) superoxide anion radical (O2· - ) and so on. In this study, the aim is to investigate the effect of superoxide anion radical on deligniftcation and the method to accelerate the generation of O2·- during oxygen delignification. Superoxide anion radical was generated by the auto-oxidation of 1,2,3-trihydroxybenzene and the relative concentration of O2·- was determined by spectrophotometry. Anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium could accelerate the generation of superoxide anion radical when it was added in the auto-oxidation system of 1, 2,3-trihydroxybenzene. The results indicated that the superoxide anion radical degraded lignin with very little degradation of carbohydrates. The selectivity of delignification could be improved in the bamboo EMCC pulp oxygen delignification process when the anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium was added.
