摘　　要：国内外有关ZnO压敏电阻器低压化方法方面的研究报道很多。本文在整理诸多文献资料的基础上,按照各种方法的理论依据对它们进行了较为系统的归类及评述,并对ZnO压敏电阻器低压化方法的发展趋势作了初步探讨。In the recent decades, there have been many research reports of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors at home and abroad. On the basis of collection of plenty of literature,different fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors are classified and reviewed according to their theoretical basis, and furthermore, the development trends of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors are preliminarily explored in this paper.
