摘　　要：目的了解杭州市中学生心理压力的影响因素,为开展心理辅导提供依据。方法采用中国7城市与美国南加州大学合作控制吸烟项目组编制的调查问卷,对杭州市9所中学的学生及其家长进行相关内容调查。结果学业对中学生的心理压力影响最大;女生的心理压力较男生大;母亲心理状态对子女的心理健康有重要影响;家庭过分严格的管教方式是男生心理压力形成的重要因素。结论在实施学生心理健康教育时,应充分考虑性别差异以及母亲心理健康的影响。Objective To explore the influencing factors of psychological stress aoog middle school students in Hangzhou, and to provide evidence for mental counseling. Methods A total of 1 902 students in 9 middle schools and 2 957 parents were investigated by using the questionnaire written by USC- China Seven Cities Study. Results The greatest stress came from students＇ study. Female students had more stress than male ones. Maternal psychological status had great effects on children＇ s mental health. Being treated over strict in family was the most important reason to psychological stress for male. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the students while implementing students＇ psychologieal education.
