摘　　要：在不和谐中求和谐,从低级的和谐走向更高级的和谐,是人类不懈追求的目标;和谐社会不是没有矛盾,我们正是在解决矛盾中求和谐。人类的无限需求与资源有限性的矛盾、公权与私权的矛盾、动力与平衡的矛盾是我们应该特别关注的,这些矛盾本身就是在变动着的,我们所求的和谐必然是动态的;社会和谐不是谁的恩赐,而是通过民众的斗争和权利诉求获得的,人的要求在变化,社会和谐的内涵和模式必然是变动的;和谐的中国社会,应该是一个生机勃勃的公民社会。As a dynamic process,social harmony evolves from the low level to the high level in development.Pertaining to the historical category,social harmony is equilibrium between contradictions.Among the contradictions,the one between human's never-ending demands for resources and the finite quantity of resources,the one between public advantages and self-interest and the one between development and balance should be given due attention for the moment;and development is the only solution to the contradictions.
