冠状CT在窦口鼻道复合体与慢性鼻窦炎相关性研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的:运用冠状 CT 技术,研究窦口鼻道复合体,探讨其与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。材料与方法:66例慢性鼻窦炎患者,男40例,女26例。CT 检查采用西门子 Plus—S高分辨率 CT 系统,进行冠状面成像。结果:CT清晰显示66例患者的鼻窦异常改变,通过与23例正常对照组检查比较,发现正常人与患者的窦口鼻道复合体结构有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:冠状面 CT 可有效显示鼻窦情况,对临床诊治有重要意义。窦口鼻道复合体的解剖变异与鼻窦炎的发生有相关性。AIM:To study the relationship between ostiomeatal complex and sinusitis, coronal CT examination had been used. MATERIAL AND METHODS:66 patients with paranasal sinusitis included 40 male and 26 female. Coronal CT imaging was carried out with Somatom Plus-S system. RESULTS: The abnormal manifestations of paranasal sinus were presented clearly on CT in 66 patients. By comparing with control groups(23 cases),obvious difference of ostiomeatal complex was found in two groups. CONCLUSION:The construction of paranasal sinus can be showed by coronal CT, it is significant for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The anatomic variation of the ostiomeatal complex is related to the chronic sinusitis.
