摘 要:利用基于气体流动理论开发的单阀试验台计算机仿真系统,仿真出单阀在平原和高原气压条件下试验性能的变化规律;根据车辆段单阀试验结果,将分配阀性能划分为若干区段,使用仿真系统仿真出对应每个区段边界阀的参数,再通过仿真系统计算这些边界阀在低气压下的试验性能,分析出大气压对阀试验性能的影响,最终得出平原合格阀在高原不合格概率,为制定低气压环境下试验标准提供参考。The performance simulation system based on the flowing air theory is used to simulate the single valve testing process, so as to find the distribution law of test performance under the plateau and plain conditions; through the result of distribution valves tested of certain vehicle department, the data of valves is divided into several parts. The parameter of every corresponding verge valve can be calculated by the performance simulation system of the single valve test, then the performance can also be simulated under the low air pressure condition by the same system.In the end, we can analies the effect of the low air pressure to test parameter, and predict the probability of valves unqualified under the plateau environment, which are qualified on plain. It will be helpful to make the test standard under the low air pressure condition.
