摘 要:目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因变化与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应法对122名大连籍2型糖尿病病人和56名同期非糖尿病体检者,脂蛋白脂酶基因第8号内含子H indⅢ酶切点进行多态性分析,同时以放免法测定以上两组人群空腹胰岛素及血糖水平。结果两组基因频率无显著差异,但是H+H+组体质量指数、胰岛素抵抗指数显著高于非H+H+组。结论脂蛋白脂酶基因H indⅢ酶切点多态性与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗关联。Objective To investigate into the relation between the alteration of lipeprotein lipase gene and insulin resistance of type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods Polymorphic analysis on Hind Ⅲ restricted site of No. 8 intron of lipoprotein lipase gene was conducted via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on 122 Dalian originated patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 56 subjects without diabetes who accepted physical examination, and meanwhile, their fasting insulin and glucose levels were measured via radioimmunoassay ( RIA ). Results There was no significant difference in gene frequency between the two groups, but the body mass and insulin resistance indexes of those with H ^+ H^+ were obviously higher than that of those with H^- H. Conchssion Polymorphism of Hind Ⅲ restricted site of lipoprotein lipase gene is relative to insulin resistance of type Ⅱ diabetes.
