脂微球载体前列腺素对慢性重型肝炎患者有关血清学指标及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的评价脂微球载体前列腺素对慢性重型肝炎患者血清甲胎蛋白及其预后的影响。方法将58例慢性重型肝炎患者随机、平均分为脂微球载体前列腺素治疗组与对照组,疗程3周。结果治疗组在降低血清总胆红素、总胆汁酸、升高凝血酶原活动度、维持较高血清甲胎蛋白水平、提高存活率等方面均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论脂微球载体前列腺素可改善慢性重型肝炎预后。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Prostaglandin E1 for treatment of chronic fulminant hepatitis. Methods 58 cases of chronic fulminant hepatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 29 ） and the control group （ n = 29） to receive Prostaglandin E1 for three weeks. Results The treatment group was superior significantly to the control group in the field of reduction of serum total bilirubin, the total bile acid, the total effective rates, advance of prothrombin activity （PTA） and alph fetal protein （AFP） of chronic fulminant hepatitis and the effective rates of the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 is an effective and safe drug for treatment of chronic fulminant hepatitis, and significantly improves the prognosis of chronic fulminant hepatitis.
