复方甘草酸单胺联合利福平、吡嗪酰胺治疗布氏杆菌病23例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸单胺联合利福平、吡嗪酰胺治疗布氏杆菌病(布病)的临床疗效。方法23例布病病人给予口服利福平、吡嗪酰胺6周,静滴复方甘草酸单胺15 d。结果全组23例病人均治愈,随访2年,无一例复发。平均住院天数(15±2.6)d。结论口服利福平、吡嗪酰胺、静滴复方甘草酸单胺治疗布病安全有效,副作用小,复发率低。Objective To observe the curative effect of potenlin, rifampicin and pyrazinamide combined therapy on brucellosis. Methods Twenty-three brucellosis patients took rifampicin and pyrazinamide orally for six weeks, and potenlin （iv gtt） for 15 days. Results All the 23 patients in this group were cured, and no recrudesce occurred according to two years＇follow-up. The average time in hospital was 15±2.6 days. Conclusion To cure brucellosis by taking rifampicin and pyrazinamide orally and potenlin via veinous transfufusion is safe and effective.
