摘　　要：对剪板机PLC(可编程控制器)控制系统的设计思路进行介绍,详细阐述了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。由上位计算机和PLC组成的控制系统可对生产现场的设备状态实施监控和对现场参数进行调整,使设备工作在最佳状态。This paper introduces the design of PLC control system in the Cutting Plate Machine,and expounds the hardware composition and software design of the system. The equipment state can be monitored and the parameter can be adjusted in the site by top-computer and PLC,enabling the equipment on the best situation.
