摘　　要：900t混铁炉是首次为济钢设计制造的新型混铁炉,该设备的研制成功完善了济钢混铁炉系列,使之于转炉的匹配更为合理。新技术的应用有效地改善了粉尘污染问题,提高了铁水的纯净度,提高了设备自动化控制水平。900 t mixer furnace is a new type of mixer furnace designed and supplied firstly to Jiannan Steel. The furnace makes the configuration of the converter more reasonable. The application of new technologies solves the problem of dust contamination, increases the purity of molten iron and improves the automatic control to the furnace.
