脂压平冲剂对模型鼠的降压降脂作用研究

摘　　要：脂压平冲剂由灵芝、山楂、野菊花等中草药配方而成。研究表明：该冲剂对原发性高血压大鼠有降压作用，对高脂蛋白血症大鼠有降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯作用。此外，还能使离体蟾蜍心肌收缩力增强。Zhiyaping mixture is extracted from many kinds of traditional chinese drugs and medicinal herbs,such as crataegus pinnatifida bge, ganoderma lucdum karst and so on,In the present study, we mainly observed that the effects of Zhiyaping Mixture on the arterial blood pressure of spontaneous hypertensive rats, on the concentration of blood lipids of hyperlipemia rats, and on the contractility of frog's hearts. The results revealed that Zhiyaping Mixture could decrease the arterial blood pressure of spontaneous hypertensive rats(from(22.5±3.1) kPa to(19.2±2.5)kPa,P<0.05), diminish the concentration of blood lipids of hyperlipemia rats(total cholesterol from 6.40±0. 1 mmol/L to 5. 98±0. 1 mmol/L,P<0. 05;triglyceride form 7. 09±0.1 mmol/L to 5. 98±0. 1 mmol/L,P<0.01), and increase the contractility of frog's hearts(the change of contractility in 10% Zhiyaping Mixture was (10.0±8)%,P<0.01;the change in 20%mixture was(13.8±5. 8)%,P<0.001).
