摘  要:利用复合碱—硼取代铅,引入ZrSiO4、SnO2为复合乳浊剂,研制了新型无铅、无砷粉彩颜料玻璃白。讨论了其膨胀系数对面釉适应性的影响,表面张力对表面质量的影响;分析了复合乳浊剂添加量对乳浊效果、白度和光泽度的影响。结果表明,新研制的样品玻璃白在760℃左右彩烤后与釉面结合完好不开裂,并有“彩之有粉”的效果。A new type of leadless and non-arsenic famille rose pigment in opaque glass is developed in this paper using compound of alkali-boron substituting lead and zrsio4 and sno2 as composite opaque agents. The suitability between expansion coefficient of opaque glass and the surface glaze is discussed as well as the relationship between surface tension and surface performance after decoration baking. The influence of adding quantity of composite opaque agents on opacifying effect, whiteness and glossiness is analyzed as well. The results show that the opaque glass of the sample roasted at 760oc bond very well with the surface glaze without cracking and has a special artistic effect.
