摘　　要：介绍了自吸式烧嘴液化气梭式窑自动控制系统的设计与选型,对控制系统的实际工况进行了试验分析,验证采用MCGS组态软件开发自吸式烧嘴液化气梭式窑的控制系统,实现对温度进行实时采集、对煤气量和助燃空气量进行自动控制的可行性。This article introduced the liquefied gas burner shuttle kiln automatic control system design and the shaping, carried on the experimental analysis to control the system actual operating mode, the confirmation has used the software MCGS development the system to control the liquefied gas burner shuttle kiln, The realization carries on to collect the temperature and measure the liquefied gas and combustionsupporting amount of air to carry on the possibility of the automatic control.
