摘　　要：利用SWOT分析结合IFE矩阵法、EFE矩阵法和、道斯矩阵(TOWS)等现代分析手段对企业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行客观综合定量的分析评价,找出具有重大影响的内外部因素,据此提出了企业的发展战略。Combining the modern analysis methods such as IFE matrix, EFE matrix and TOWS matrix etc., this paper uses SWOT analysis methods to analyse the enterprise＇ s strength, weakness, opportunity and threats, to find out the most important influencing factors in the enterprise, then puts forward the enterprise＇s developing strategy to solve the being problems.
