摘　　要：针对包钢供电系统弧光过电压事故,分析了几种限制弧光接地过电压措施的优缺点,最后介绍了一种新型的消弧及过电压保护装置。In the light of over- voltage accidents of power system of Bactou Steel（Group） Co., the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of several over- voltage measures. At last, it introduces a new arc extinction and over- voltage protective device.
