摘　　要：本文试从人力资本角度分析高校教师工资问题。文章首先从人力资本形成及其特点角度探讨了提高高校教师工资的重要性,就当前高校教师人力资本价格不合理的影响因素进行了分析,并就实现合理的高校教师人力资本价格提出了建议。This paper tries to analyses the problem about teacher＇ s salary in higher school from the view of human capital. Firstly, it discusses the significance of improving the teacher＇ s salary in higher school based on the formation and characteristics of human capital. Secondly, it analyses the irrational influence on human capital price of high school＇ s teachers at present. At last this paper gives some suggestions about the realization of rational human capital price of high school＇ s teachers.
