摘　　要：介绍了液压缸缸简在单件小批量生产时所采用的滚压加工工艺;以及滚压参数的确定,并详细地叙述了滚压工具的结构;以及滚珠的大小和数量的确定。This paper presents the press roll machining process of hydraulic cylinder at single piece and small lots production and the determination of press roll parameters,and also describes clearly the construction of press roll tool and the determination of size and guantity of balls.
