摘 要:目的评价利用十六烷磺基丁二酸钠盐(DTG)制作肺源性急性呼吸窘迫综合征模型的可行性。方法对16只健康小猪进行气管内注入DTG,观察动脉血氧分压、胸部CT、病理、心率和血压的变化。结果气管内注入后,动脉血氧分压明显下降,氧合指数<200mmHg,双肺出现明显实变,以基底区为主,病理示肺泡和支气管可见大量炎性细胞渗出,肺泡腔出血、水肿和肺泡萎陷。但生命体征平稳。结论利用DTG可以诱导稳定的肺源性呼吸窘迫综合征模型,对血流动力学影响小。Objective To evaluate feasibility of developing acute pulmonary respiratory distress syndrome by detergent in piglets. Methods Detergent was injected into tracheae of 16 healthy piglets, and the change of oxygen partial pressure from artery blood, chest CT, pathological change of the lungs, and heart rate were observed. Results After injecting detergent into trachea, oxygen partial pressure from artery blood was markedly decreased, oxygenation index was less than 100mmHg, and sudation of inflammatory cells in the trachea and alveolus, hemorrhage and edema of alveolus, and collapse of alveolus were found. Vital indexes were stable. Conclusion Injection of detergent into trachea was able to induce acute pulmonary respiratory distress syndrome in the piglet.
