摘 要:目的制备并标化16种实验动物相关病原菌鉴别诊断血清。方法将16种标准菌株灭活,制成适宜浓度的免疫用细菌菌液,分别经耳缘静脉和背部皮下多点注射32只SPF家兔,获得相应抗血清,经吸收去除非特异性凝集,制成特异性诊断血清。结果以玻片法和定量凝集法进行敏感性及特异性试验,结果显示抗血清只与相应的免疫用细菌形成特异性的凝集颗粒,抗血清凝集效价≥1∶1 280。结论所制备的抗血清特异性强、效价高,为实验动物细菌学检测提供了有效的血清学鉴别诊断试剂。Objective To prepare and standardize diagnostic serum which can be used to detect pathogenic bacteria in laboratory animals. Methods Thirty-two SPF rabbits were immunized with sixteen reference strains through intravenous and subcutaneous injections. All rabbits were immunized for five times with 5.0 × 10^-8 ~ 10 × 10^8/mL suspension made of inactivate reference agglutination. Results strains after 18- 24h The antisera passessed culture in 37℃. The titers of antiserum were tested with bacteria a high efficiency of agglutination titers. The antisera had no crossreaction with other reference strains and with a good specificity. Conclusion The antisera produced in this study would provide the useful diagnostic reagents for detecting pathogenic bacteria in laboratory animals
