实验动物屏障设施建设技术指标控制的研究

摘　　要：结合实验动物环境设施建设及运行的实践,吸取其他生物洁净室(医疗、制药)建设的经验,从工程建设(尤其是空调净化、温湿度控制、通风换气、梯度压差等)技术角度,遵循节能、高效原则,探讨实施国标GB/T14925-2001和建设中若干技术保障方法,并提出了实验动物环境设施建设标准化问题。In the light of the practice in the construction and operation of barrier facility for laboratory animal and on the basis of incorporating the experience of the biological cleaning buildings in other trades （such as medical institution and pharmaceutical factory）, several technical measure of ensuring an implement of the national standard （GB/T14925 - 2001 ） in construction of barrier facility for laboratory animal were approached from the angle of engineering construction （especially air conditioning and purifying, control of temperature and humidity, air circulation, gradient pressure difference, saving energy, and high efficiency. At last, the matter of construction standardization of laboratory animal facility was proposed.
