摘　　要：目的研究影响住院人次各因素间的网络关系。方法对某医院1998—2002年住院人次及有关指标采用路径分析方法。结果应用路径分析能计算出各影响因素对住院人次的作用路径形式及其路径系数大小。结论该模型具有较强的因果机理,可以为医院管理的早期干预提供依据。Objective To study networks connection of affected factor on the number of inpatient. Methods Path analysis is utilized in this paper for the data in a hospital from 1998 to 2002. Results Path and level of affected factor＇s action to the number of inpatient were deduced and calculated by Path Analysis. Conclusion The model has a better mechanism of causation and can be utilized to provide foundation for early intervention in hospital management.
