摘　　要：目的探讨影响医院经济效益的主要院内相关因素及其作用方向与幅度。方法利用逐步回归分析法对某市47家医院相关数据进行分析。结果影响医院经济效益的主要因素是门诊每人次费用、病床使用率和卫技人员人均门诊量,标准偏回归系数分别为0.540,0.339,0.347,而每床卫技人员数则呈负相关,系数为-0.271。结论门诊由于投入人力资源相对较少,收益较高,但门诊和住院工作量所反映的医疗质量仍是影响医院经济效益的主要因素。同时,医院也应注意控制人力成本的投入。Objective To study the main interior factors and its affected direction and extent of influencing hospital economic benefit. Methods By use of Stepwise-Regression 47 hospitals data of a certain city were analyzed. Results The main factors influencing hospital economic benefit were the cost of every outpatient, utilization rate of hospital bed and outpatients of every medical technical personnel, their interrelated coefficient were 0. 540, 0. 339 and 0. 347 respectively, but the medical technical personnel of every hospital bed （ - 0. 271 ） was negatively interrelated. Conclusion Since the human resources invested in outpatient was less, its benefit was higher, but the medical quality showed by outpatient and hospitalization was the main factor influencing hospital economic benefit. Hospital also should control the human resources investment.
