摘  要:用均热化学气相渗透法(CAI)制备了一种单向碳/碳复合材料(C/C)。在保护气氛个测定了不同温度不同应力下的第一阶段蠕变行为。结果表明,第一阶段蠕变符合关系式ε_0=algt+b。由同一温度下不同应力的蠕变曲线簇获得等时蠕变图,进而绘制出第一阶段松弛曲线,用σ=σ_0t(-m)可较好地描述该松弛曲线。An unidirectional carbon/carbon composite (C/C) was made by isothermal chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) method. Its creep behavior during the primary stage was examined at different temperatures and stresses under an inert atmosphere of argon. The results indicated that creep behaviour during the primary stage can be expressed as ω0=algt+b. The isochronal curves of creep strain versus stress are got from the creep curves, and the relaxation curves during the primary stage are further derived, which can be fit well by the equationσ=σ0t-m
