摘　　要：论述了在1540℃温度下,烧结制备高铝钒土泡沫陶瓷过滤片的工艺及最佳配比。采用高铝钒土过滤片对可锻铸铁及不锈钢铸件进行了过滤试验。结果表明,过滤能显著降低铸铁件废品率,过滤后铸件力学性能有显著改善。The sintering technique of tne nign-anuminium cast iron at 1540℃ is presented. The optimal sintering temperature and ingredient of the ceramic filter used for molten cast iron are achieved. Filtration experiments were made on austempered malleable cast iron and stainless steel (ZGlCrl8Ni9Ti). The sintered filter indicated that it could be used for purification of the molten cast iron,improving significantly the mechanical properties of the filtrated cast iron and ZGlCrl8Ni9TI.
