小麦杀雄剂SQ-1反复施用与人工多次模拟降雨对其药效及植株结实率的影响

摘　　要：为明确小麦杀雄剂SQ-1喷施后遇雨及雨后复喷对小麦的杀雄效果及异交结实率的影响,采用人工模拟降雨冲洗SQ-1和重复喷药喷水处理,研究了不同处理对SQ-1的杀雄效果以及异交结实率的影响,结果表明:(1)杀雄剂SQ-1在雨前2 h喷施便可以被植株吸收,达到良好的杀雄效果;(2)雨后复喷SQ-1可达到完全杀雄效果,但喷施次数越多异交结实率越低。To study the effect of CHA SQ-1 under the rainy day or the bad weather conditions, the seed sets rate of repeat spraying after raining in the functional effect of CHA SQ-1 and the ratio of open pollination in the simulated rainfall in different disposal and spraying CHA were analyzed in different treatment. The result was as follows： （1）SQ-1 was absorbed completely in 2 hours before the rain and have perfect effect of inducing male sterility. （2）SQ-1 harmed the vigor of pistil in dose of 5 kg/ha in some degree and the wheat self seed set rate decreased distinctly.
