摘 要:为探明强筋小麦籽粒粒重和品质在穗上的分布规律,试验选用6个强筋小麦品种,测定了不同穗位、不同花位籽粒粒重和品质指标。结果表明,籽粒粒重和品质不因穗位的不同而变化,不同花位上的籽粒粒重分布呈现单峰曲线,第2花位粒重最高;蛋白质含量、沉淀值大致随小花花位的增高而降低,特别是各小穗第3、4小花位较第1、2小花位上的籽粒品质极显著变劣,千粒重、蛋白质含量、沉淀值差异极显著。据此,可在强筋小麦育种和栽培中通过少花保优质、多穗保高产,达到实现高产优质的目的。Six cultivars were used to determine the variation of grain weight and quality at different floret position of wheat. The grain weight at different floret position showed a one-peak curve, the grain weight at the second spikelet position is larger than that at any other positions. The result also showed that the protein content and the sedimentation became lower along with the number of spikelet position increasing. The 1000-grain weight, the protein content and the sedimentation of grains at the first and the second floret position were very significantly different with that of the third and the forth. Based on the results, measures of reducing florets and increasing the number of spikes could be taken to reach the targets of high yield and quality.
