摘  要:为了解小麦各部位可溶性物质舍量与产量结构的相关性。对19个小麦品种于晴天的上午8:00~8;30,下午5:00~5:30取样,用便携式汁液分析仪测定穗、穗下节、旗叶和旗叶鞘汁液中的可溶性物质含量。结果表明,穗的可溶性物质含量变化范围为7.5%~12%;穗下节的可溶性物质含量变化范围为0.08%~O.12%;旗叶可溶性物质的变化范围为11.5%~17.5%;叶鞘可溶性物质含量的变化范围为7%~12%。穗、穗下节中的可溶性物质含量与千粒重分别呈极显著和显著的正相关,与穗粒数、穗数和产量相关不显著;旗叶、叶鞘中的可溶性物质含量与千粒重呈显著的正相关,与穗粒数和产量呈极显著的负相关,与穗数无显著性相关;穗/旗叶可溶性物质含量比值与穗粒数、产量呈显著的正相关,与千粒重和穗数无显著性相关。In order to investigate the correlation between soluble matter of wheat organs and yield com- ponent, plant samples of 19 winter wheat varieties were taken from the experimental field at 8 : 00 and 17:00 respectively on rainless days in Nation experimental station for precision farming in Xiaotangshan town of Beijing, China. Soluble matter content in wheat ear, peduncle, flag leaf, and flag leaf sheath of the samples was measured using a PR-32 refractometer. Soluble matter content of the ear varied between 7.5%~12%. Soluble matter content of the peduncle varied between 0.08%~0.12%. Soluble matter content of flag leaf varied between 11.5%~17.5%. Soluble matter content of flag leaf sheath varied between 7%~12%. Soluble matter content of ear and peduncle was positively correlated with 1000-grain weight at 0.01 and 0.05 significant level, respectively, and was not significantly correlated with kernel number per ear, ear density and grain yield. Soluble matter content of wheat flag leaf and flag leaf sheath was positively correlated with 1000-grain weight at 0.05 significant level, negatively correlated with kernel number per ear and grain yield at 0.01 significant level, and not related with ear density. Ratio of Soluble matter content of wheat ear and flag leaf was positively correlated with ear density and grain yield at 0.05 significant level, and was not related to 1000-grain weight and kernel number per ear.
