摘　　要：回顾了国内外学者对创新网络内涵的研究,探讨了创新网络的治理机制,对创新网络影响创新过程的研究进行了总结,并研究了社会资本对技术创新影响,指出创新网络能力决定着网络的技术创新水平;最后提出了创新网络能力成长机理的分析维度。This paper reviews the studies of innovation network by both domestic and overseas scholars, discusses the governing mechanism of innovation network, summarizes the ways by which innovation network affects technological innovation ,researches how the social capital affects technological innovation, and points out that the innovation network capability dominates the degree of technological innovation. Finally how to analyze the growth mechanism of the innovation network capability is put forward.
