摘　　要：本文介绍了一种智能型电网参数监测仪器，重点阐述了系统的计算测量原理，它基于准16位微处理器，能够随网显示电网参数，同过去相关的仪器相比，本系统具有功能强大、精确性高、显示信息量大等特点，增加一定措施后能够应用到一些特殊场合。实际使用表明：该系统性能价格比高，具有很好的经济效益，极具推广应用价值。The paper describes an intelligent electrical network parameter monitoring and measuring instrument, based on the 8088 microprocessor and much more attention is paid to its measurement principle. The instrumentation has advantages of higher accuracy and wide measuring range, an acutal engineering application shows that it is very effective, economic and convenient to user.
