摘　　要：焦炉四大机车自动化系统成功地运用红外线传递方式,解决了位置检测的技术难点,该系统采用先进的计算机系统、控制软件技术及其他先进技术,成功地实现了本钢焦化厂四大机车系统的自动定位、三车联锁、四车协同操作、自动行走等功能,在国内同行业中处于领先地位。该系统的应用能够促进我国焦化行业自动化生产管理水平,为提高焦炭质量奠定了基础,收到了良好的社会效益和经济效益。The four locomotives＇ automatic system of coke oven succeeded in applying the mode of infrared transferring, solved the technical difficulties in position examination. This system adopted advanced computer system, control software technique and other advanced techniques, succeeded in realizing functions of The four locomotives＇ automatic system of BXSteel＇s coking plant, such as the automatic orientation, three locomotives＇ interlock, four locomotives＇ cooperated operation and automatic walking, and it is at the leading position in domestic craft brothers. The applying of this system can promote our country＇s automatic product management level in coking and producing chemicals industries, and it established the foundation for advancing the quality of coke, received better social benefit and economy benefit.
