摘　　要：软件工程经济是近年来出现的崭新的研究方向,是软件工程和经济学相互融合深入的产物。该文从总体上讨论了软件工程经济的概念、软件工程经济在软件产品价值中的关系以及和经济学研究的关系,描述了当前应用的模型分类和具有代表性的模型,以及关于软件工程经济的未来研究内容、研究趋势整体框架和分层结构。Software engineering economics（SEE） is a new research direction for researchers, which is an integration of software engineering and economics, an enhancement or an extension of them. The notion and the relationship between SEE and software product value research as well as the economics research are discussed. Some recent research developments models and technologic classification are surveyed. And further research content, research trends framework and hierarchy structure are presented.
