热机械训练温度对TiNiCu合金弹簧双向记忆效应影响的研究

摘　　要：本文对不同的热机械训练温度下TiNiCu形状记忆合金弹簧的双向记忆效应进行了研究,还研究了不同温度的约束热处理对TiNiCu合金弹簧的形状回复率的影响,结果表明在500℃约束热处理一小时后的双向回复率最好。In the article, the effect of thermomechanical training temperature on the two-way shape memory effect of TiNiCu alloy springs were investigated. The effect of constrained annealing heat treatment on the two-way shape recovery rate of TiNiCu alloy springs studied, it showed that the two-way shape memory alloy springs constrained annealed at 500℃ for an hour is the best one.
