摘 要:基于有限元技术和仿真手段,对公路圆管涵在压路机填土碾压时涵管的受力状况进行了三维仿真模拟.既定压路机下,针对碾压时填土越深碾压效果越差和填土越浅碾压越容易造成涵管开裂这一施工矛盾,得出了碾压时涵管的最优埋深.对每一埋深,研究了涵管施工的最佳碾压力.为验证仿真结果的正确性,把仿真结果与传统方法及设计规范的计算结果进行了比较,结合相关实测研究的结论,证明仿真结果是正确的.Based on finite element method, 3-D modeling simulation of pipe culverts under the effect of road roller was performed. To the same road roller, the pressing effect is better when the tube is buried in shallow soil ,but the cracks will be more easy to occur on the surface of the tube. To this conflict, a best buried depth of pipe culvert is proposed. Also a deep research is made to find an optimal press value of road roller to every depth of pipe culvert. In order to verify the result of the study, the data was compared with the result of the traditional method and design criterion. And in view of the laboratory test result, the study is shown reasonable.
