摘　　要：近年来精细化管理在实践中受到了越来越多的关注,许多企业将精细化管理视作提升自身效益的法宝.在重点实验室实施精细化管理,可以有效地改善目前实验室普遍存在的粗放管理状况,有利于提高实验室的竞争力.介绍了广东省计算机网络重点实验室精细化管理的实践,探讨如何在重点实验室实施精细化管理.Meticulous management is paid more attention these years, and it is looked as the best way to improve the benefit by many companies,. Implementation of meticulous management in key laboratory is helpful for key laboratory to promote its capability for market competition. This paper discusses the meticulous management of key laboratory, based on the practice in CCNL （ Communication and Computer Network Laboratory of Guangdong）.
