摘　　要：该文从计算机房的管理和维护出发,在实践的基础上,结合工作经验和当前的一些计算机发展状况,从计算机的保护卡设置、安装系统的选择、系统备份及快速恢复、网络管理及病毒的预防和查杀等几个方面,介绍了计算机的常用软硬件操作及使用.通过对典型案例的剖析,使计算机房的工作人员能够快速有效的解决问题,发现问题的根本点,而不是只解决表面现象.并针对教学任务不断更新、不断加大的情况,提出了灵活有效的可扩展的管理方法,不仅提高计算机房的利用率和完好率,满足教学任务的需求,而且能够让使用者更好的使用计算机,使上机操作人员感觉到自如流畅.This paper starts from the room management and maintenance of a computer lab, and introduces the operation of the commonly used software and hardware, from the aspects of the setting of the computer protection card, the selection of the installation system, the backup and fast recovery of the system, the network management, and the virus protection and cleaning. The introduction is based on the practice, the work experience, and the current status of computer development. Through the analysis on typical cases, this paper allows the staffs in the computer lab to find the fundamental problem and a quick and efficient solution, instead of addressing only the superficies. According to the updating and increasing teaching tasks, the proposed flexible, efficient, and extendable management method can not only improve the utilization and good rates of the computer lab, and satisfy the teaching tasks, but also allow the users better and smoothly use the computers.
