摘　　要：本文介绍了上海新资大厦的建筑给水排水和水灭火系统的设计工况,结合该工程的特点系统地说明了设计的控制方式,特别介绍了生活水泵、循环冷却水系统、消防给水系统的分级控制。同时也提出了有关智建筑的 BA(楼宇自动化 Building Automation)和 FA(消防自动化 Fire Automation)的监控要求。This article describes the design condition of water supply and drainage and water extinguishing system for Shanghai Azia Plaza, systemically explains the controlling approach combined with the characteristic of this project. It especially introduces the classification of control to water pump, circulating cooling water system, fire water supply system. Meanwhile the article puts forward some BA and FA monitoring requirements about intelligent building.
