泡桐对大袋蛾初孵幼虫的抗生性研究

摘　　要：用初孵幼虫控制接种，通过叶部形态对不同类型泡桐的抗性作出了评定，大树控制接种测定结果表明，结囊率差异极显著，以１号白花泡桐抗性最强，群体表型变幅为５％～８０％，遗传变异系数为５２％，广义遗传力为９６．７％。The resistance of different type Paulownia are evaluated using the control inoculation larva method through the morphology of leaf.The result of the control inoculation in mature trees shows that the difference of the cocoon formation rate is very significance,the resistance of P.fortunei (Seem).Hemsl.No.1 is best,th colony phenotypic variance range is 5%-80%,the coefficient of genetic variability is 52%,the broad sense heritability is 96.7%.
