72，69杨与不同种源小叶杨、欧洲黑杨杂种F_1抗黑斑病浅析

摘　　要：调查结果表明，在６９，７２杨与小叶杨杂交育种中，选用高抗亲本杂交；在６９，７２杨与小叶杨、欧洲黑杨杂种Ｆ１中选择形态特征类似母本的个体，再经无性系测定，选育出速生、抗黑斑病的无性系的可能性要大于形态特征与父本相似或呈父母本中间性状的杂种Ｆ１。The result of investigation shows that the high resistance parent were selected in cross breeding between P.× del cv I 69/55’and P.simonii, P.× eur .cv.‘I 72/58’and P.simonii,P.×del. cv.‘I 69/ 55’and P.nigra L., P.×eur. cv.‘I 72/58’and P.nigra L.. It is more possible to select the clonal line of fast grow, resistance to black spot for selecting individual of morphological character being similar to female parent than hybrid F 1 of being similar to male parent or intermediate character among P. × del . cv.‘I-69/55’, P.× eur .cv. ‘I-72/58’, P.simonii and P.nigra L. hybrid F 1
