摘　　要：针对当前出现的诸种严重扰乱刑事法庭秩序的违法犯罪行为,我国应借鉴法治发达国家刑事立法,完善刑诉法第161条和刑法相关规定,对扰乱庭审秩序违法犯罪行为进行处理,以维护法庭权威。At present there are many serious crime of disturbing criminal court trial. We should perfect Clause 161 and related stipulations in criminal procedure law drawing on the experiences of other countries.The crime of disturbing court trial should be prosecuted to maintain the authority of the court.
